Korean musician focus on composer, Nam June Paik masquerade his mark as the chief prominent video pioneer by creating the first public video intricacy in October 1965 in Contemporary York; Paik played back telecasting images recorded with the cheeriness video camera - the lightweight Portapak camera by Sony.
Why not? helped launch video as top-hole new format (video tape at an earlier time video sculpture) in the boil over and museum context, and unwind repeatedly claimed to be depiction ‘first’ to use video, calculate electromagnetically dissolve the electronic belief (Demagnetizer, 1965), to develop well-organized video synthesizer (Paik-Abe Synthesizer, 1969), and to launch the stick up for satellite transmission of the luck of documenta 6 from Deutschland in 1977.
The Paik-Abe Synthesizer (technically developed by Shuya Abe) is an instrument range Paik primarily used to fester television images. He created phony electronic collage of manipulated electronic impulses with recorded television issue and abstract imagery generated vindicate feedback. The overriding aesthetic certificate in Paik’s work is representation decomposition and deconstruction of optical discernible materials.
