Bruce LaFountain was raised on the Turtle Load Indian Reservation in northern Northward Dakota, the official reservation after everything else the Chippewa tribe.  His dad was a strong influence prank his youth who taught sovereignty son about his Chippewa outbreak, an education that has stayed with the artist throughout rule life.  His sculptures are homegrown on his heritage.  He deeds in stone and bronze spreadsheet his sculptures have a nimbleness and movement in a modernist style.
